Andy has been a recruiter for three decades and is one of the world's most experienced life science talent professionals. Recruitment is the thing he does best and cares about most.

His expertise spans Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, specifically including compliance and auditing across the GxP spectrum. He also has a proven track record in shared services, placing HR, Finance and IT professionals into life sciences businesses.

As Corvus is a small business by design Andy is responsible and accountable for every search.

Andy is, above all else, a relatable human being who cares about the people he works with and the service he provides. His recommendations prove it.

Onil founded Corvus Talent with Andy and is responsible for the commercial and operational backbone of the business.

His background is in finance, operations and building businesses across a broad range of regulated industries. That experience shapes how Corvus is run: disciplined commercials, clean processes, proper infrastructure and the kind of governance that makes a small firm feel substantial to work with.
